Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDMRP)

The RFA 8a/Planning Award from the Pharmacotherapies for Alcohol and Substance Use Disorders Alliance (PASA), funded by the Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDMRP), supports small-cost and short-duration planning projects concerning a specific compound or combination of compounds. The goal is to determine the clinical development plan and associated clinical trial(s) needed to advance the compound (or combination of compounds) to FDA approval for Alcohol and Substance Use Disorders (ASUD) treatment.

The program is open to researchers in the USA and worldwide. The award provides up to 150,000 USD (indirect and direct costs) for up to 9 to 12 months.
