Laurent Mottron is professor of psychiatry at the University of Montreal in Canada. He has authored more than 150 scientific papers on cognitive neuroscience and autism. His research interests include savantism, perceptual processing of nonsocial and social information, autistic intelligence and the neurodiversity movement.
