Peter Ulric Tse is professor of psychological and brain sciences at Dartmouth College. His areas of interest include free will, mental causation and consciousness.
Tse graduated from Dartmouth with a B.A. in physics in 1984 and earned his Ph.D. in cognitive psychology at Harvard University in 1998. He completed a postdoctoral study at the Max Planck Institute for Biological Cybernetics in 2001 and has been teaching at Dartmouth since then.
