The 2026 Neuroscience Prize from the Gruber Foundation, through the Gruber International Prize Program, recognizes individuals from anywhere in the world who have conducted highly distinguished research in the field of the brain, spinal cord, or peripheral nervous system. Nominations that reflect the breadth of the fields and the diversity of those working within them are encouraged. Nominators must be individuals who are active in or have an appreciation for contemporary neuroscience research and study. The Awardee receives a 500,000 USD unrestricted monetary award.
