The Reinhold Schwarz Prize for Psycho-oncology from the Weiterbildung Psychosoziale Onkologie (WPO) and the Deutschen Krebsgesellschaft (DKG) Kooperation mit der Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Psychoonkologie (PSO) seeks to promote the scientific advancement of psycho-oncology in Germany.
Applications are open to researchers under 40 years old who submit an outstanding original work (already published or accepted for publication) as the first author.
The award consists of 2,500 EUR. The award will be presented at the 24th Annual Meeting of the PSO, which will take place in Hamburg from October 8th to 10th, 2026.
