The Biomedical Research projects from the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA) support research of the highest scientific excellence and greatest relevance to MND. Applications are open to researchers worldwide. Applicants from outside of the UK and Ireland must demonstrate that their project is unique in concept or design (i.e. no similar research is being performed in the UK) and involves a significant aspect of collaboration with a UK institute. Applicants may apply for up 100,000 GBP/year for up to 3 years.
