The IBRO Travel Grants for the FENS Forum 2026 from the International Brain Research Organization (IBRO) provide funding support for PhD students and postdoctoral researchers to attend the FENS Forum 2026 in Barcelona, taking place from 6-10 July 2026. Eligibility:
- PhD neuroscience students and early-career postdoctoral fellows (maximum 5 years from the start of the postdoc).
- Applicants must first submit an abstract to the FENS Forum conference in order to apply for this program. The call for abstract submissions closes on 27 January 2026.
- Applicants must be first authors in the abstract they apply with.
- Applicants from all regions are eligible to apply for this program.
Priority is given to applicants from under-resourced and less well-funded countries in combination with efforts to ensure both gender and regional diversity. Applicants may apply for up to 2,500 USD to support travel and local expenses.
