The L’Oréal-UNESCO For Women in Science Central America and Andean region award recognizes early-career women researchers who are nationals living and working in Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. Applicants must have completed their PhD within the past 10 years in the fields of formal sciences, life and environmental sciences, material sciences, engineering sciences and technological sciences. Candidates must also have been the principal investigator of a scientific research project. The Award provides 10,000 USD to nationals of each country.
