The Perception, Action & Cognition (PAC) program from the National Science Foundation (NSF) supports theoretically motivated research aimed at increasing understanding of human perception, action and cognition and their interactions. PAC strongly encourages proposals that examine human behavior in realistic (or real-world) scenarios and that include a varied subject population.

Applications are open to USA-based researchers. This program supports international collaborative research projects. The funding typically ranges from 350,000 to 600,000 USD for regular research projects; 500,000 to 715,000 USD for faculty early-career development (CAREER); And 20,000 to 50,000 USD for conferences, group travel or other community-development/community-building activities awards.
