Society for Neuroscience (SfN)

The Swartz Prize for Theoretical and Computational Neuroscience from the Society for Neuroscience (SfN) with funding support from the Swartz Foundation, recognizes the outstanding achievement of an individual who has made cumulative contributions to theoretical models or computational methods in neuroscience. Nominees do not need to be members of the SfN. The Awardee receives $30,000 USD and financial support to attend the SfN annual meeting.

This is an annual award. The next nomination opens on March 23, 2026, and closes on May 7, 2026.
