The Travel Awards from the Foundation for Prader-Willi Research (FPWR) support trainees and junior faculty members presenting their research at the FPWR’s 2026 Research Symposium. The event takes place in Philadelphia, PA, on October 7-8, 2026.
Applications are open to trainees (undergraduate and graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, medical residents and clinical fellows) and junior faculty members (within 3 years of the start of a faculty position). There are no citizenship or residency requirements. Applicants must be the presenting author (oral or poster presentation). The award provides 1,000 USD (complimentary registration + $425 in travel funds).
Applications, as well as abstract submissions, are due May 31, 2026.
