The KBHN Indigenous Stream – Call for Proposals: Community Impact Grant from the Kids Brain Health Network (KBHN), the Brain Canada Foundation, and the Government of Canada supports impactful projects that improve outcomes for Indigenous children and youth with neurodevelopmental disabilities and their families.
Projects must include Indigenous team members and strong relationships with Indigenous communities and other partners. The Nominated Principal Investigator and a minimum of one other team member must be conducting research at, and affiliated with, an eligible Canadian academic institution for the entire duration of the grant, and must be considered an independent researcher at their institution. The Indigenous co-applicant does not need to be affiliated with an academic institution.
Applicants may apply for 100,000 CAD per year for 2 years.
