The Graduate Student Award from Parkinson Canada supports full-time PhD-level graduate students conducting research relevant to the cause, prevention, improved treatment, and/or understanding of Parkinson’s disease and related disorders, including Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) and Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP).
Applications are open to students enrolled full-time in a PhD program at a Canadian post-secondary institution. The award is not available at the Master’s level.
The funding provides up to 40,000 CAD per year for a 2-year term.
