The IBRO/FUN Travel Awards from the International Brain Research Organization (IBRO) and The Faculty for Undergraduate Neuroscience (FUN) supports undergraduate neuroscientists to present their research at the annual Society for Neuroscience meeting. Faculty Sponsors must be full members of FUN to submit applications for travel awards their students presenting at the SfN conference to help support their conference attendance. The student must be an author on the abstract and present research that results from studies conducted while an undergraduate. It is not necessary that the student be enrolled as an undergraduate at the time of the SFN fall meeting. Students are eligible if the work was done before their graduation the previous academic year. However, students who have previously won a FUN travel award may not reapply. Applicants from anywhere in the world are eligible to apply for this program.
The grant provides up to 1000 USD.
