JPND call: Mechanisms and Measurement of Disease Progression in the Early Phase of Neurodegenerative Diseases (Finland)

The JPND call: Mechanisms and Measurement of Disease Progression in the Early Phase of Neurodegenerative Diseases from the Research Council of Finland provides funding for Finland-based researchers taking part in the EU Joint Programme – Neurodegenerative Disease Research (JPND). Applications are open to individual researcher who participates as one of maximum two Finnish project leaders in a consortium with partners from at least three participating countries (eligible countries include: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey). Only researchers at an administrating organisation approved by the Research Council of Finland may apply. Funding may be used for:

  • salaries (including your own salary), however no more than corresponding to the person’s activity level in the project
  • premises
  • running costs (such as consumables, travel including stays at research facilities, publication costs, and minor equipment)
  • depreciation costs.
