The LF Early-Career Clinician Scientist from the Lundbeck Foundation seeks to support clinician-scientists in Denmark to pursue clinical research careers. Applicants must be an MD/PhD and have completed their clinical internship. Applicants must be licensed to practice medicine in Denmark. The Lundbeck Foundation believes that diversity strengthens science and for this reason diversity, including, but not limited to, gender and ethnic origin, is encouraged. We especially encourage scientists from groups that have been traditionally under-represented in academia, including women and scientists of diverse ethnic backgrounds, to apply.Applicants may apply for up to 2.5 million DKK for up to 5 years, including indirect costs and also part of the time may be spent at another research institution abroad. If abroad, the applicant may apply for additional family benefits and travel allowances.
