The Lundbeck Foundation Scientific Enrichment Call promotes and rewards initiatives that harness and promote diversity for the benefit of scientific progress and culture within health science research groups and institutes at Danish universities and university hospitals. Examples of funded initiatives can include but are not limited to:
- unconscious bias training/ workshops
- diversity and inclusion training/ workshops
- diversity awareness or capacity development training of the leadership
- establishing mentoring or buddy programs
- initiatives enabling cross-disciplinary cultural exchange
- scientific activities for knowledge sharing across research generations
- Other (e.g. initiatives with proven effects, in relation to scientific enrichment, other places)
Applications are open to: Administrative staff, researchers, research groups, or institute leaders within health science. The application must be supported by the leadership. Applicants may apply for up to 500,000 DKK.
