The Postdoctoral Research Fellowship from Parkinson Canada supports postdoctoral researchers who are exclusively conducting research relevant to the cure, cause, prevention, improved treatment, and/or understanding of Parkinson’s disease and related disorders, including Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) and Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP).
Candidates must hold a doctoral degree obtained within the past five years and be affiliated with a Canadian post-secondary institution or affiliated research institute.
Parkinson Canada intends to provide up to 70,000 CAD per year for a 2-year term, covering salary, benefits, and expenses for research fellowships in Parkinson’s-related areas.
