The Postdoctoral Research Fellowships from the American Epilepsy Society (AES) support postdoctoral trainees conducting research into the causes, treatment, and consequences of epilepsy. Applicants must hold a M.D., D.O., Ph.D., Sc.D., PharmD, RN or equivalent degree. Applicants do not need to be US citizens but the research must be conducted at a US research institution. The fellowship is for 1 year and provides 50,000 USD for stipend/benefits, 1000 USD for travel support to the AES meeting, and a 1-year complimentary AES membership.
