The 2025 Knowledge Mobilization Grants from the Brain Canada Foundation support projects that generate novel and practical applications of existing research evidence for enhanced brain health. Funded projects will address a critical barrier to the real-world application of research evidence by catalyzing change among policymakers, practitioners such as health care providers, and individuals who experience the downstream effects of policies and practices such as patients and their caregivers. Applications are open to researchers in Canada.
Applicants may apply for up to 100,000 CAD. Brain Canada funds must be matched, at a minimum, 1:1 by non-federal funding secured by the applicant.
Registration forms are due September 16, 2025. The application deadline is October 21, 2025.
