The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration (AFTD)

The Pilot Grants from The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration (AFTD) provide seed funding for novel research in the initial phase of research program development. The Well-Being in FTD Pilot Grants support research to improve the well-being of persons diagnosed, families, and caregivers and to improve access to high-quality diagnosis, care, support, and research participation options. Applications are open to researchers in the USA and worldwide.

Funds of up to 110,000 USD are available for 1 year (including 10,000 USD for indirect costs).
