The Request For Applications for Research on Lottery Responsible Gambling or Prevention of Gambling Disorder in Italy from the International Center for Responsible Gaming (ICRG) supports research focused on responsible lottery gaming tailored to the unique cultural, social, and regulatory landscape of Italy. This call initiative seeks to explore innovative strategies for harm minimization, responsible gaming, and player protection.

The Principal Investigator (PI) must have a PhD, MD or other comparable terminal degree. Investigators who are not active PIs or Co-PIs or Co-Is on existing ICRG grants are strongly encouraged to apply. Domestic or international, public or private, non-profit or for-profit organizations are eligible to apply.

The Funding provides up to 40,000 USD for 1 year and up to 25 percent in indirect costs. The total amount that may be requested is 50,000 USD. One grant will be awarded.
