The Travel Award for MacLean Scholars from the Society for Biopsychosocial Science and Medicine supports two neuroscience trainees to attend the SBSM Annual Meeting and interact with the recipient of the Paul D. MacLean Award for Outstanding Neuroscience Research in Psychosomatic Medicine.
Criteria:
- Submit an abstract to be considered for this award.
- Applicant must be the first author on an abstract accepted for presentation at the SBSM Annual Meeting
- Applicants must be a member of SBSM, or in the process of applying for membership
- Applicant must be undergraduate or graduate students, post-doctoral fellows, medical students or resident physicians
Awardees receive 1 comped room night at the host hotel to attend the meeting. The Travel Award for MacLean Scholars recipients must stay within the SBSM room block of the host hotel.
